一、學院簡介 about us

四川大學匹茲堡學院是教育部于2014年正式批準的，由四川大學與美國匹茲堡大學合作成立的中外聯(lián)合學院，是兩所享有國際聲譽的中美名校強強聯(lián)合進行國際化辦學的新模式。學院引入國際一流大學的辦學理念、abet認證的課程體系、全球公開招聘的師資及優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，融合兩校的學術(shù)及教育優(yōu)勢，采用英語授課方式，目前開設(shè)計算機科學與技術(shù)、電子信息工程、工業(yè)工程、機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化、材料科學與工程五個本科專業(yè)。學院將緊跟“先進制造、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應用、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能”等技術(shù)發(fā)展方向，完善專業(yè)布局，從傳統(tǒng)的工科型學院成長為交叉型的書院架構(gòu)，形成優(yōu)勢突出、相互支撐、協(xié)同發(fā)展的學科體系，實現(xiàn)“推動現(xiàn)有工科專業(yè)再上新臺階、融入智能專業(yè)激發(fā)新活力，助力醫(yī)工融合引領(lǐng)新模式”，致力于培養(yǎng)具有寬廣國際化視野、知識基礎(chǔ)與創(chuàng)新能力并強、適應國際化競爭環(huán)境的工科人才與社會精英。

sichuan university–pittsburgh institute is an academic entity jointly established bysichuanuniversityand theuniversityofpittsburgh. approved bychina’s ministry of education in 2014, scupi is one of the large-scale partnerships between a topusuniversity and a top-rate chinese university. scupi now enrolls undergraduate students in five majors, including computer science, electrical and computer engineering, industrial engineering, materials science and engineering, and mechanical engineering. the technical curricula of scupi comply fully with those taught at the swanson school of engineering (ssoe) and theschoolofcomputingand information (sci) of theuniversityofpittsburgh. faculty and students benefit from the resources, support, and diverse environment fostered bysichuanuniversity, theuniversityofpittsburgh, and other partnering institutions around the globe.

二、招聘崗位及需求

招聘崗位job title：教務人員1名（編制外招聘）

academic administrator (1)

崗位描述position description：

the academic administrator is responsible for teaching scheduling, exam scheduling, course registration counselling, academic contests management, etc. the academic administrator plays an active and supportive role in helping scupi faculties and students.

主要職責duties and responsibilities：

1.協(xié)助教學副院長完成課程及考試安排等教學運行相關(guān)工作；管理學院教學平臺；完成學校教務處布置的相關(guān)工作；

carry out tasks assigned by the associate dean of academic affairs, including but not limited to course and exam scheduling, and blackboard management. also, comply with tasks assigned by the academic affairs office of sichuan university.

2.大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)訓練計劃、中國國際大學生創(chuàng)新大賽、學科競賽等各類項目/競賽的協(xié)調(diào)及管理，包括組織競賽宣講、報名、答辯等工作;

coordinate academic contests, including but not limited to the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program and the china international college students' innovation competition. responsibilities include organizing contest workshops, managing sign-ups, and overseeing project defenses.

3.提供學術(shù)咨詢服務；

provide counseling services for students on curriculum, exam, and other academic affairs-related issues.

4.與團隊成員一同協(xié)作執(zhí)行特別項目。

collaborate with other team members on special projects.

招聘條件qualifications：

1.碩士研究生學歷，擁有英語國家求學或工作/實習背景者優(yōu)先

a master’s degree is preferred. candidates with overseas diplomas or work/internship experience in english-speaking countries are highly valued.

2.優(yōu)秀的英語溝通及寫作能力

exceptional skills in english communication and writing are essential.

3.具備耐心、細致的工作態(tài)度，邏輯嚴密，富有責任心，能夠高效閉環(huán)管理所負責的工作板塊，并持續(xù)優(yōu)化
