崗位職責(zé) / Responsibilities
1.負(fù)責(zé)中東區(qū)域市場(chǎng)開拓與品牌推廣，推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)落地與增長(zhǎng)；

3.建立并維護(hù)與政府、企業(yè)、渠道伙伴及重點(diǎn)客戶的合作關(guān)系；
Build and maintain partnerships with governments, enterprises, channel partners, and key clients.
4.深入分析中東政策、行業(yè)趨勢(shì)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局，制定本地化發(fā)展策略；
Analyze policies, industry trends, and competition to develop localized strategies.
5.組建并管理本地團(tuán)隊(duì)，推動(dòng)總部與中東團(tuán)隊(duì)高效協(xié)作；
Build and manage local teams, ensuring efficient collaboration between HQ and regional operations.
6.確保區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)合規(guī)運(yùn)行，識(shí)別并防范潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；
Ensure business compliance with local laws and mitigate potential risks.
7.制定并完成中東區(qū)域的年度業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo)；
Define and achieve annual performance targets for the Middle East region.
任職要求 / Requirements：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，國(guó)際貿(mào)易、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
2.5年以上國(guó)際市場(chǎng)拓展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上中東或相關(guān)海外市場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5 years of international business development experience, including 3 years in the Middle East or similar markets.
3. 熟悉中東商業(yè)文化、政策與行業(yè)趨勢(shì)，具備本地資源或成功案例優(yōu)先；
Familiar with Middle Eastern business culture, policies, and industry trends; local resources or proven track record preferred.
4. 具備市場(chǎng)推廣、客戶拓展與商務(wù)談判能力，能獨(dú)立推動(dòng)大型項(xiàng)目；
Strong skills in marketing, client acquisition, and negotiation, with ability to lead major projects independently.
5. 英語流利，會(huì)阿拉伯語者優(yōu)先，具備跨文化溝通與管理能力；
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus. Strong cross-cultural communication and management skills.
6. 具備戰(zhàn)略思維與全球化視野，能在復(fù)雜環(huán)境中高效執(zhí)行；
Strategic mindset with global vision, able to execute effectively in complex environments.
7. 能接受中長(zhǎng)期駐外或頻繁出差。
Willing to relocate long-term or travel frequently overseas.
