61 Understand Business Users Needs and Requirements and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the best practices with respect to the planning, design, implementation and use of SaaS (Software as a Service) , Virtualization and OS (MS 10/11) configuration domains
61 Act as L3/L4 engineer and be part of a team performing Engineering and Technical Support for Infra tools and processes like (sharepoint, zoom/skype, VDI/vApp)
61 Become the *** escalation point of any challenges/escalations coming out of MSP teams working on EUC/UCC portfolios.
61 Collaborate with global infra engineers to understand and learn different areas to help operations with possible improvements and automations.
61 Coordinate with MSP on prioritization and work implementation to:
61 Enable MSPs to understand SaaS technologies and other cloud adoption and modernization
61 Understand monitoring capabilities to ensure MSPs are engaged in case of any issues.
61 Ensure MSPs are communicated timely when any changes are performed by engineering teams like automations, patching etc..
61 Collaborate with MSPs to understand growing concerns and prepare a plan to mitigate them either by automation or process improvements
61 Operational support
61 Deliver scalable, reusable, and secure architectures
61 Provide cost visibility, optimization opportunities, and metrics to drive accountability
Primary skill set
61 Infrastructure domain knowledge
61 SaaS, Virtualization, Virtual Desktop configurations
61 Microsoft 10/11 configurations, imaging, group policies etc..
61 Sharepoint design and architecture knowledge to provide consultation on tools and processes
61 Operational knowledge on Zoom/Skype services

61 Experience with Agile work methodology
61 Infrastructure experience, ideally with the following: Windows/Linux server and/or VMs, infrastructure integration, infrastructure security
61 Active directory domain knowledge
61 Application packaging understanding
61 Basics of networking

61 Creative but also an analytical problem solver
