4. The software project manager need to draw up the project schedule by setting up the software-relevant milestones and planning in the context of the whole project plan, to complete overall software development activities.
5. The software project manager needs to identify risks during the entire project development process and be able to propose or promote effective countermeasures.
6. The software project manager, together with the the software quality manager and electronic project manager, carries out the tailoring of the process elements and assigns the roles together with the team.
Main Requirements：
1. Hold Bachelor degree (or above) in electric, electronic engineering, computer science or other related subject
2. 5 years software development experience in automotive experience, involved at least 1 project with mass production
3. Experience with Software project management and software development process (ASPICE)
4. Experience as software engineer in area of automotive ECU development
5. Strong oral and written communications skills. strong ability in the areas of team work and customer support
6. Be familiar with AUTOSAR architecture
7. Experience with MATLAB Simulink
8. Familiar with Software coding standards (CMMI, SPICE, MISRA)
