Job Task ? Responsible for mechatronic product designing and technical changes. ? Responsible for designing of 3D module, assembly drawings, part drawings, outsourced part drawings coordinate with relate department. ? Window person with customer and internal plants of technical scope, make sure program developing smooth well with internal and external team. ? Leading and manage tier 2 suppliers technical supporting, on time release drawing and feedback with technical scope. ? Support sales for RFQ technical review and on time feedback of engineering output for quotation. ? Support plants of running program warranty issue analysis. ? Assure to complete task on time according the agreed project time schedule. ? Adhere to all regulations of the company, keep well work discipline and order. ? Fulfil other tasks defined by linear manager. Candidate Profile ? Engineering, technical college graduate (Bachelor or Master). ? 3 years of hands on experience in Automotive Engineering, preferably in field of closing systems and mechatronics ? Experience of several years in product or process design, experience in electric actuator is preferred (spindle drive, window wiper, cinching latch, sunroof, etc) ? Familiar with spindle design and gearbox design will be a plus. ? Know well on plastic (PA) injection process, machining process, and tension spring design ? Experience on ISO 26262 or relative spec is a plus. ? Familiar with common manufacturing techniques, rules of technical drawing and standardization. ? FMEA technology. ? Familiar with CAD (CATIA V5) ? Native language is Chinese, good English knowledge (talking and writing) work location: Kunshan or Shanghai
