職位描述：
1. at least 5 years’ design experience in rf pcb, radio base station experience is a plus, digital pcb experience is a plus
2. be able to discuss requirements with customers and pcb supplier
3. drive design rules within pba/pcb area
4. document designs in accordance with hwdp (hardware development process)
5. familiar with pcb and pba manufacturing process, experience in manufacturing factory is a plus
6. proven skills in using cadence
7. fluent in english speaking and writing
